B  to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; 

A’ To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD,

What Has the Lord Done?

A: To Preach to the Poor and Brokenhearted.  

B:  To Free the Captives and Prisoners.  

A’: To Proclaim “The Acceptable Year of the Lord”, the Year of Jubilees (the Great Reset for All).
